Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges can be tricky - and we always strive to give you the best products and avoid the hassle of returns and exchanges.

How do I return the product?

Who pays for shipping, and what are the return charges?

  • Shipping & returns are free for domestic and international orders.
  • The product will be picked up from your doorstep, and the courier arrangements required for this will be our sole responsibility.
  • In some cases, like reverse pickup, if the delivery company is unable to find the address, the customer is liable to Self-Ship to our address.

Which products are eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • If you receive a defective product, you have to inform us by emailing within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect. Image Should be Clear.

These are considered defects:

  • Tear in a Saree.
  • Incorrect Length (instead of what was stated).
  • Missing Blouse Piece (if mentioned that the saree has a blouse piece)
  • If the parcel you receive appears to have been tampered with, you are advised not to accept such parcels from the shipping company and not open them, and Inform our customer support team.

What products are not eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • Blouses are not considered for return. Once the blouse is delivered to the customer, it is considered as the final sale involving no options of return/exchange/refund, so customers are requested not to place any return or refund requests for a blouse purchase. 
  • If you Received Defective or Wrong Products from our side, you get the full amount of Refund. Providing an opening video of your order is mandatory.
  • For any reason you feel the need to claim a refund, you are more than welcome to get in touch for a refund on the following terms and conditions.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.   
  • Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
  • It must not have any stain, sweat, or body odor.
  • It must not be torn or damaged.
  • The product should not be used, altered, or washed.

How long will it take to refund my money?

  • Refund is possible only after the parcel is dispatched, delivered and reverse pick is done.
  • Refunds proceed once we receive the products. Refund usually takes 1 to 3 days from receiving products.
  • Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you regarding your refund process.
  • You can also ask for a refund in terms of ‘IkonikbeZ, which you can use in the future to buy other IkonikbeZ products.

Please Note: 

Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under quality check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 24 hours.

Color mismatch - colors are subjective, we understand. We try to best capture the truest colors of the saree. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colors may appear different on different devices. Hence, you should check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the color of a product.

  • Product Return & Exchange Policy 3 days from the date of delivery of products. For Return of order, customers need to raise requests within 2 days. For the exchange of orders, customers need to raise requests within 3 days. Create a refund or exchange request from the  registered email address to 


  • If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure canceling it within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated - by sending an email for Help to Mention the reason for the email and order number in the email's subject line.
